July. Started this update over
2 years ago, but never got around to finishing it. Now it is
time to put it up and hand the site over to somebody else.
Due to other commitments I no longer have any time for NIghtfire
and web sites. This site is trimmed down from what it use to
be and also a lot smaller than what was planned. For new maps
you need to go to http://www.nfbsp.com/ as
that is where new NIghtfire things are happening now.
A big thanks to Nökia for hosting the site and all the
support he has given it, and me, over the years. Also a big
thanks to Sliphead & Birdy for Keeping the site going.
19th July. Added a tracker to catch any problems with
downloading files.
February. It's been a long time since this site has
been updated but this is a big one. The site changed hosts
again and has been given a completely new look along with new
downloads and material.Some sections have been removed to make
way for new ones. The Fair Play site has become part of a bigger
network, with New players and many of the old ones contributing
to the Nightfire community to help in the development of Nightfire.
If you think this site is big, watch out as there is more to
come!
16th April. Added another picture to the gallery.
11th February. Added the Guest book
back.
10th February. Added feedback and queries
form to download page and added player feedback for some downloads.
6th February. Updated the downloads
page and updated some of the downloads.
2nd February. The Banning Group has
got a new web site at http://nfpg.2ya.com (NFPG
is now closed). All the information on banned players has moved
there. The site is now open for new members to join. This site
has been changed slightly in structure. All the downloads are
now on one page. There will be more updates coming in the coming
weeks.
31st January. The links to the `OS>Clan
web site are now working again. More new content is on it's
way.
29th January. The Site has changed Hosts,
Now you should be able to view the pages 24/7 without out any
exceeded bandwidth problems.
28th January. Added a picture to the
gallery.
26th January. Added a picture to the
gallery.
21st January. Amended the rules and
added another picture to the gallery.
16th January. Added picture to the gallery
and over hauled the image viewing. Added all the Bond Moves
and Bond Secrets, with screen shots, to the Nightfire (PC)
Walkthrough. The Walkthrough is now broken into sections.
11th January. Added a site information
page and updated the disclaimer. Added a picture to the gallery.
8th January. Added a stats page to show
the information that you can do with server logging.
4th January 2004. Not updated this page
for a while. New Download (NAT) Updated the good server page
and added some more links to the Link page. Added Information
in the F.A.Q for problems with hosting games with Routers.
16th December. Added information on changing the clients
for the 1.1 update and added some more to the commands page.
15th December. Added a new picture to
the gallery.
27th November. Added new pictures to
the gallery. Check out the walking space One.
19th November. E-Mail now fixed.
17th November. New picture added to
the gallery.
3rd November. The site has been given
a different look & the music is back!
2nd November. Updated the Maps page and CTF space station
map download.
27th October. The whole site has had
a work over and the wording has changed in many places. The "Anti-Cheat
Script" has now become the "Nightfire Utility Script".
25th October. Updated the Anti Cheat script with new
commands. Now V2.3.
12th October. Added a Default Config
file to the Downloads page, for removing any reminisce of FoC.
8th October. Added to the Gallery and Download page.
3rd October. Big update to the Banned Players Page.
2nd October. Updated dedicated server and add/remove
bots scripts with more accurate information and some new files,
commands.
1st October. Added another link to the
download page Grab Clip Save.
30th September. Added a download page
for Gamespy 3D, Gamespy Arcade, Nightfire patch 1.1 and a Separate
Capture The Flag Space Station Map.
27th September. Added new server script
and updated commands page.
20th September. Site moved to new address http://www.009nightfire.2ya.com added
Guest book.
17th September. New pages added, Rules,
Site map. Banned page update. New script/ downloads, Console
colour change, Quick Bot add/remove, Expert game/Clan trainer,
Quick add/remove ban players and Updated anti-cheat script.
Pages now viewable in other languages.
10th September. Added Mike Smith's Game
walkthrough and some pictures to the Gallery.
8th September. Music page updated, Banned
cheats page added, Links updated.
2nd September. Site Updated.
